This seems to do the trick and the offers start to rise for Allan, and reach a very tempting £24,000, which is enough for Allan to call it day.

I disliked this game. So much for 'Im gonna win the 250k' and 'the 1p drags the offers down'.

I can't stand players who insist that the £250,000 is in their box, then if the £250,000 goes, they insist they've got £100,000, then if that goes they insist they've got £75,000 etc. It's quite clear that they DON'T KNOW WHAT'S IN THE BOX BECAUSE IT'S FILLED AT RANDOM!!!!!!

this is a tad off topic, but who remembers when martyne told every 1 watching at the end of part 2 of her game "come back bcause im going 2 win the £250k" with quite some conviction? she dealt at the very next offer, with a still strong board, and her boyfriend wanted her 2 go on. and she had the £250k on the table, but said she would have swapped at the end, and i always wonder if she really would have swapped, or if she 'knew' she had the big 1 and didnt want 2 b on the receiving end of a huge banker victory. if it was the latter, then boy, wot a coward she really was. i didnt like her anyway, she was awfully mouthy

I dont mind people saying "I've got 250k in my box" but what aggrivates me, is when players claim to "feel" the box contents Pisses me off, but find it amusing when their guess is wrong.

have you noticed how that for most people who played this week if they had all played the day before the 250,000 would have turned up to the table almost every day that week
