Now Alexandra is hoping to find £10 in their box. If Alexandra finds £10 in their box, Alexandra has made a great deal.

Alexandra had £75,000 in box number 21 which means Alexandra lost to the Banker by £61,500.

The remaining box belonged to Winston with box number 4 which had £10.

Dealt at: £13,500
Amount in their Box: £75,000
Highest Offer: £13,500

Synopsis:

Not the best opening box for Alexandra today, but she pulls things back for the rest of the opening round. Unfortunately she picks off the high reds in every round which enables the Banker to keep the offers low. Alexandra keeps plugging away though and is left with a dramatic finish, which the Banker really punishes.

They're always given low offers now.I think it's got something to do with the credit crunch. I don't think Channel 4 want to give away too much money. The Banker's tightening his purse strings. Everyone's losing money now.

Alexandra made her way into the Hall of Fame on two counts: 1. Scariest Player, 2. Most Annoying Scream When A Blue Is Found

I would've gambled £13,500 to try and get £61,500 more. Also it was a rubbish offer anyway, a fair offer is £20k anything less than that is a no deal for me.

I didn't think she was annoying, I actually thought it was a refreshing change especially after people brining in sob stories. Normally people complain about that and then when they get a totally different person, they still complain, sometimes I feel there is no winning with some users. Also I thought £13,500 was a rubbish offer, a fair offer would have been £17,000. Although, I would have dealt at £13,500 too, the thought of going home with a tenna is just too much. W_M_B, the banker's offers are not low because of the credit crunch but ever since the people found out about the phone in scams, the offers have been derisery. An all blue opening round would have got an offer of £20,000 in the first season, in season 3-4 it was £12,000 max, or a bow swap. Also, to haul in those ratings since the contestants adjusting their expectations and settled for lower amounts of money and the banker needs more gamblers, his aim isn't to safe money (it is for the game) but reality is he wants to push people till the end.
