A great strong start for Betty today, and she manages to do a rare thing of late, and actually build on it rather than having a crash! A mid game comic offer of a fully paid funeral for Betty provides humour in what is building to a great battle. Betty's fortune continues into her game, and a testing £24,000 is declined with still the chance of the ultimate prize in her sights. Unfortunately that dream is shattered in the final round, and Betty cuts her loses before opening her box.

Spooky or what the £250,000 has been revealed in the first box of the last round 3 games in a row! I didn't even look it up, I just noticed that! More spookier, the girl (forgot her name) at the end of the wing revealed it TWICE. Also I was kind of glad that she declined £24,000: Not in a mean way but I wanted a 1/4 million climax with two boxes left. Once the biggie went I hoped for a 50k 15k climax so there was a possbility of getting offered more than 24k. Oh well, £6,000 would love that in my bank account ANY day! Enjoy your winnings! Btw loved you game =)
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukGames missing. Deja vu alert.
xxxxx.as43234.netOh wait, the other two games haven't been shown yet, so ignore my 1st comment until they publish Monday and Tuesday's game.
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukwell, now that we know why updates on this site are so infrequent, its no use complaining - we'll just have 2 grin and bear it
xx.134.214.123I know but that doesn't stop it from being annoying.
xxxxx.as43234.netmy word, is this site really nearly 2 weeks behind now?
xx.134.174.36Please, whoever runs this website can you update it. It's been nearly 2 weeks now and there have been some great games in the past few games.
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comjoe, the owner of this site has had a lot of technical problems recently and has lost his internet connection. another person involved in the running of the site stated this. it pretty much explains why updates are so infrequent now
xx.134.174.36to make matters worse, the person who posts weekly highlights on youtube(MikeUk99)has had his account yanked :-((Damn Endemol!). But thx Anyway british leyland for diagnosing the prblm.
xxx.138.52.242It feels as if dond is on a decline now. First the show goes down now this. At this rate the show could be axed. I still enjoy watching it though, even though season 1-2 are the best.
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comJust reading the words "DOND getting axed" make me cry :( lol.
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukIt's a shame that's it's not as popular as it used to be. Over 4m viewers were watching this show in season 1-2, i reckon now it probably gets just over a million. I don't hate it but most of the contestants now are very cautious and don't take the one risk of a lifetime. The banker obviously knows this and that's why his offers are so poor. If we had contestants who are brave and prepared to go all the way, then it would be popular again. In season 1 we Jennifer who won £120,000, Brenda who won £57,000, Germaine and Kirsty who both won £75,000 and kirsty was the first person to go all the way and try to win the 250k. Then we had Gaz who won £100,000 and finally the bravest of them all Morris who turned down £101,000 offer to try and become the first quarter millionaire.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comThen in season 2 we had loads of big winners like Lance, Lynne, Claudine, Laura (the first quarter millionaire) Bunney, Gaz, Graham and Maria. In season 3 it was starting to go down cuz this is when the viewers competition shut down and the bankers offers started to drop considerably. The only good games i saw was Daniel(who was the best contestant in season 3), Patricia, Orry although he only won £1, he turned down huge offers and was very brave. Farmer Clive again didn't win huge but was absolute comic. MJ and Betty.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comFinally season 4, for me i have only seen two great games, Julie and Pam (the white witch from halloween). Sorry to go on about this, but i just wanted to let u all know why i don't like it as much anymore.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comwell i agree with ur every word joe. wot do u think of the bankers gamble, bonuses and future offers? i think they're annoying and ruin the show. they werent so bad at 1st bcause they were rare, but since season 4 began they've been commonplace
xx.134.191.189I don't want to sound cruel or anything but why on earth did the Banker give Rhys (on Thu 11 Dec) a Banker Bonus even though he won £20,000 and managed to spank him? I think that must be the highest ever amount won to be accompanied by a Bonus. And Rhys could have easily bought the Leeds Rhinos trip himself with the £20k. Hope I'm not alone in thinking this.
xxxxx.as43234.netI know, I don't mean to sound cruel either, he is mostly generous to the less priveledged ones. Like Mark (I think that was his name) where he gave him a very generous offer of £30,000 when it was between £500 and £75,000
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukWell i watched lucy's game today with my dad and he thought that last offer of £15,000 when it was between £100/£50,000 was too much. He said bcuz she wasn't much of a gambler and ended up crying a lot that the banker should have just offered somethin like £9,000 and i have to agree with that. I personally didn't think it would be that much. Does that mean the banker is getting generous again with his high offers?
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comI thought the £15,000 was quite a high offer, and I knew she would take it. But once again the Banker awarded a bonus even though she won £15,000!!! He's going to be even worse during the Santa vs Scrooge nonsense, and there'll be Bonuses Galore during the Christmas Stars shows (which will feature more sob stories than an entire series of The X Factor).
xxxxx.as43234.netI hope the scrooge vs santa will be as good as last years, somehow i doubt it. The best ones last year were Patricia and Orry. Also i'm not looking forward to the christmas stars week, last years was bad enough. I wish they would do what they did in season 2 where they doubled the top prize to £500,000
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comi like this game it good
