Synopsis:

Noel's 60th Birthday today, and Billy takes on the Banker trying to keep the big wins flowing. He gets off to a good start and keeps the offers ticking along nicely. There is a small hiccup along the way, but he reaches the Santa or Scrooge stage with the big one still in play, and really helps his cause by finding SANTA. He instantly wins a holiday to Florida, and can also have an offer after EVERY box should he play on. Billy does decide to play on and takes a hit with the the 1st box and sees his offer fall to £14,555, which is declined. A good recovery on the 2nd box sees an offer of £26,555, but this is again declined! Billy hits the jackpot on his last box and gets a final offer of £68,555, which with an all or nothing final 2, is snapped up.

What an incredible game, finally at last we see a player who is determined to play to the end and gets rewarded and this time the offers were generous. Well done Billy on winning £68,555 you really do deserve it. Oh and happy 60th Noel, i can't believe he's 60 i thought he was only in his mid to late 50s.

Personally I wish these Santa v Scrooge specials would just end. They've been the epitome of the decline of Deal or No Deal.

I'm glad that the Banker for once resisted the temptation to make future offers, because the board was perfectly set out for them to be made.

At that point at the last two boxes when it was between £10/250k i actually thought for a minute there that he was going to be the first male(second)quarter millionaire. Because he believed it was in his box and was determined to go with his beliefs, i actually thought he was going to go for it. But at the end ambition came instead of greed and i have to respect that. There the kind of games that i like to see, just a shame we barely get to see many unlike today's game. Sorry won't mention in case no ones seen it yet.

I thought he'd decline because I have heard a rumour an old man wins it. But it is a rumour so ignore my comment whenver an old man plays :D But maybe James can give us the stats, whats the biggest payout in a week? I think it was this weeks.

I heard there had been two quarter millionaire winners too cuz i remember Noel mentioning it when being interviewed. But that was ages ago so i think he was having us on, otherwise it would have happened now.

Episodes 98 to 103 of season 4 (Leon to Billy) are the six consecutive episodes with the largest payout ever (£307,555), with the exception of six consecutive episodes which contained Laura's £250,000 win (eps 112 to 117 of season 2, Frank to Laura: £336,876).
