Synopsis:

After a horror story yesterday, hopefully fear hasn't been instilled in the Dream factory. Chris gets off to a shaky start, but then pulls off a great run of blues that really turns his game around. He then shocks most people by dealing early in the game and not even getting to the 5-box Trick or Treat stage. It certainly provides an interesting proveout section, but even a chance to return to live play with the offer of the Banker's Gamble at the end doesn't tempt Chris.

The banker was so predictable, I honestly knew he was going to offer the gamble at that stage!! Even before he asked Chris about the swapping business.

Ha ha, first time ever in a 'twist at 5-box' show that a player has dealt before the 5 box stage. It led to the whole proveout section being worthless, as they didn't do the Trick or Treat section. Car-crash game, even more so with the BG.

What I dont understand is that...why didnt they go through with the trick of treat thing...like just to see what would have happened. I mean had he carried on, I wonder what kind of game it would have been, I mean if the banker has to carry on and say what he would offer, they should stick to this gimmick and see what would have happened, had he no dealt; would he have got an offer after every box opening or not....

I hope somebody doesn't deal at the third or fourth offer tomorrow, because I want somebody to pick the Trick box but in the Trick Or Treat Specials last year all the contestants chose the Treat box. It might happen again this year, I'm not sure now.

You don't need to worry Voldemort, after today's slip-up the Banker will make absolutely sure tomorrow that he doesn't tempt the player into leaving before the fifth offer.

It's not even remotely surprising that Chris had the dullest game this week. And he doesn't even get to 5 box too. Pfffft.

Hopefully there will be a trick this week because they usually have some poor sap wearing the most ludicrous outfit to come out and take the box to the banker for these themed shows.

Actually Jen has only had 7 reds compared to 10 blues, and only 2 of her reds have been above £15,000, so she's not a Black Widow at all.

She had £250k in Pam's game. But I dont believe in ahy of that nonsense, its just a random game. Also...the death box (22), curse of the newbie, all is very irritating!

james, dond and homer are all right u know, lord voldemort, jen is NOT a "black widow" and that term is sily anyway, just like "death box" and "curse of the newbie". and spell 'played throughout' right

A black widow is a name given to a female contestant who has far too many reds and can of course ruin other people's games. The only Black Widows I know are Aileen who played on February 4 2006, and Stevie who played on June 2 2006.
