Synopsis:

A very tense game towards the end of Claude's game today when he reveals that the reason for him being on the show is to win at least £10,000 to buy a new wheelchair. Unfortunately for him he doesn't get off to a great start, and never recovers from this. With his highest offer to date of £6,500, Claude then reveals his new wheelchair needs and rejects the offer. The game instantly crashes and leaves Claude without enough money for his goals. The Banker then calls back after his last offer with a glimmer of a lifeline, by offering to double the value of Claudes box should he no deal the £2,200. This then provides Claude with a potential win of £10,000 and enough for his Wheelchair, and he grasps the chance to achieve this. Unfortunately for him his luck doesn't change.

As soon as the wonderful Claude mentioned the possibilty of the Banker buyning the supposedly (but not really of course) cursed stone, we knew straight away that the Banker would offer one of his Bonues towards the end. Other than that, it was a thoroughly enjoyable game and it's a shame Claude didn't win more.

Lol yeah, not that it is not a very nice gesture, I think the banker should stick to being portrayed as an evil man. It adds to the element of DOND being an entertainment drama!

Ridiculous, they only doubled the money because he's disabled and they feel sorry for him.

The average prize money won in episodes 31 to 47 of season 4 is £13,881, which is more than double the average prize money won in episodes 1 to 30 (£6,779), so the terrible start to season 4 has started to wear off. Thank goodness for that.

The banker does make concessions for disabled players, just like he did with Mark a few months back, offering him an overly generous 30K at the end.

He would only offer 18K to the average player with the same board. Lou had exactly the same board in the game after this.

Please put on Lou's game and Ada's game! You can't do the same thing after Pauline's game was on!
