A reasonable start for Dale, but he seems to have the Banker's respect from the start as he gets a great opening offer. He builds on this nicely in the early stages, but then takes a hit in the 4th and 5th rounds. But Dale shows a great determination to play the game and get the most out of it, and plays on to the end even avoiding the Banker's 'Old faithful' offer at the end. Dale is well rewarded for his determination.

Probably the best game ever for me. Not only was he immensely likeable, he was funny, kind with his comments and stuck to his guns. I really thought he had blown it by turning down 26K. I cried in front of a TV for the first time since Golden Girls finished.
xxxxx.dsl.in-addr.zen.co.uki was in tears wen the guy in a wheelchair won £100,000 very brave man indeed he will be in noels hall of fame for sometime wat an emotional game!
xxxxx.sgyl.cable.virginmedia.comhave watched from beginning, cried with happiness so much for Dale, never happened to me before, could not see tv screen for tears.
xxxxx.dynamic.dsl.as9105.comWell I wouldn't go as far as crying, but I was very nervous for him. Brilliant game and well deserved Dale, but I agree with what Rob said before. It will most likely be one of those rare games that you won't see again for a few months.
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comit was a magical for him game played the game with such dignity and respect
xxxxx.bb.sky.comDid anyone watch the National Television Awards last night, Deal or No Deal won one in 2006 I understand.
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comI thought that yesterdays player, Andy, was very annoying... everything about him frustrated me.. from his annoying playing techniques, the way he kept making people say that speech before they opened their box, and even his goofy yellow teeth annoyed me!
xxxx.n-yorks-schools.netDefinitely one of the best games ever! Dale was extremely brave to decline £26,000 on a board with £250 & £100,000 remaining. This is surely going to be in the 2011 Hall of Fame! This is game of the month unless someone can win the jackpot or take a deal that's greater than £100K.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comNow what are the chances of that happening?
xxxxx.bb.sky.comI missed Million Pound Drop sadly as I was watching a movie, and I won't be able to watch it tomorrow night either as i'm out. Did anyone win anything today?
xxxxx.bb.sky.comHave I miss something, I thought this site was about DOND. Whats all this about National Television Awards or Million Pound Drop ?
xxx.183.140.22I agree, Andy was annoying and I had to turn down the sound. I could not warm to Derrick once I heard that he was guilty of littering. Dylan looks promising though.
xx.188.169.10I agree with DOND, Andy was very loud and annoying, and lol Yeh its true that those yellow teeth of his were unmissable! Can't believe how he reacted to the 35k going as well!
xxxxx.7-1.cable.virginmedia.comArgh, missed the first 52 minutes of Million Pound Drop. Did anyone win anything?
xxxxx.bb.sky.comwho ever is impersonating me stop it
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.com(Spoiler) I just came in from work today and my Mum was watching DOND, she told me look at this and I saw everything. Ok I know not everyone is a gambler and I know it's different when your sat at home watching, but i'm pretty sure the whole nation of our country would have had the guts to turn down £8,000. I'm not going to drag on too much, but what I will say (which may sound a bit mean) is that I was disappointed when the £250,000 was revealed. I was hoping she'd have it so she could be in the hall of fame for the biggest Banker victory ever
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comI know, it was horrendous!! I've seen low offers with top 4 such as 14,000 or 15,000, but this reached new lows! It is harsh but I was hoping that the 250,000 was there too because it was just astoundingly stupid to take that offer. There is nothing positive to say about this game, it was just absolutely ridiculous :/
xx.242.107.82£8,000 with that board was out of order she did give alot away though to much in my opinion really dont know why she dealt it was worth another round in there.
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comJust watched Million Pound Drop on 4od and the 2 best mates won £75,000. Their final question was which of these pop stars had more UK number 1 singles and the options were Michael Jackson or Madonna, and they went for Madonna (I would have gone for that as well) and won. There was also this other couple who got to the final question but got the wrong answer on a question about which of these franchises had a cinema release first. The options were Star Trek and Star Wars and they went for Star Trek (which is what I thought it was as there was a TV series and up to 10 movies) which was the wrong answer.
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comexcuse me but this is a deal or no deal site not a million pound drop site
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comSo, January has come to an end. What was everyone's best and worst games this month? Obviously my best is going to be Dale's game and second would be Derrick, what a great character he was and he did well to get that perfect all blue round he really needed. My worst game would have to be Sherilyn's. Not only did she deal a rubbish offer but she also dealt at 11-box. Second would be Grace. Urgh... so much dithering over £1,000.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comBest game was Dale, worst for me was Sherilyn.
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comBest game easily Dale, worst game Tracey.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comJames i've been trying to ask you for season averages, do you have any if possible?
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comAnd I might actually change my worst game to Tracey now that you mention it. It's cuz I didn't see that game as I rarely watch it these days, unless there's a really (Dale's in particular) good game.
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comBest games I think were Dale, Haroon, Zowie and Sobia :D, worst was Sherilyn(ever actually) Jenna's and Tony's games, as they took the most cautious deals imaginable :/ I also strongly didn't like Claire's and Julies' games
xx.146.85.240Today Beryl became the 34th member of the 1p club after a terrible run of luck... Its getting ludicrous the difference between the number of 1p winners and £250k winners! We need a lot more £250k winners to at least change things a bit!!
xxxxx.7-1.cable.virginmedia.comi was thinking today i think noel meant 33rd member cause after anji was the 32nd member on the 10th october i cant remember could anyone tell me if there was another 1p winnder after her please
xx.16.162.231Hey karl i think she is the 34th member i think noel got it correct here is a list of all 1p winners and dates. 1.) 1p – Nick Bain – 3 January 2006 2.) 1p – Trevor Bruce – 1 March 2006 3.) 1p – Fadil Osman – 14 April 2006 4.) 1p – Dave Ellis – 25 April 2006 5.) 1p – Sally Kettle – 14 July 2006 6.) 1p – Connell Gibson – 17 July 2006 7.) 1p – Georgio Felicini – 22 July 2006 8.) 1p – Sharron Coates – 31 August 2006 9.) 1p – Tony Wynne-Jones – 13 February 2007 10.) 1p – Paul "P.J." xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comok sorry karl it doesnt seem let me copy n paste it that well from word however there is 34 members of the 1p club i just counted them all. I stil dont know why they count p.j in the 1p club because he won a additional £15,000 however the 1p was in his box so thats probally why
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comGods sake adam sure needed to chill out during ij's game!
xxxxx.7-1.cable.virginmedia.comwho did that last comment you need to get a life seriously
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comIt seemed like Adam was having a panic attack in IJ's game, it annoys me when other players are like this because if the person making the decisions is holding it together and they have to accept whatever happens when they say no deal to an offer
xx.242.109.184What's going on with DOND? The £250K has gone in the second round FOUR times this week! :O If it happens again on Sunday, then that will be 5 out of 6 times it happened in a week which must be a record.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comWoo! £200,000 just won on Million Pound Drop!! :D
xxxxx.bb.sky.comthanks for that anon sorry i didnt reply i havent been on the site since wednesday hope youre ok speak soon
xx.16.179.52(Spoiler) I wish deal or no deal had some more interesting players and go for it players or that deal at fair offers, Today's game was one of the most boring I've ever seen, Players should be willing to turn down 12,000 or more in that situation and he quavered at 2,000 with three big ones still there. They may be trying to save money but it effectively kills the show, but in fairness it isn't half as bad as the majority of season 4 when there may have been 5 no dealers in the whole season
xx.146.92.94SPOILER: wow todays player did play a brave down £30,000 wasnt a bad offer he had good courage and the right determination too be our 1st male £250,000 winner i so wanna see this happen again nearly 2 years now since some one won it and that wasnt the best way too win it im hoping if there is another £250,000 winner its won by no gimmicks what so ever and the player sayin 6 no deals.
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.com:o, I would say he was on the same league as dale, the run of 5 reds was jaw dropping with 4 power five coming out in a row, he deserved to win 100,000 :(
xx.242.110.165I think it's about time we started complaining about the lack of updates on this site. There's nearly 2 weeks of games still missing, what is going on?
xxxxx.bb.sky.comdid any one notice the love week advert today before the show started ? its weired cause valentines day is on monday and it runs till sunday 20th lol 6 days after valentines :/
xx.16.231.220Since Dale's Game 11 games Ago. Only 2 Players (Derrick & IJ) have brought a RED to the table. & then it was only £1,000 (A honorary BLUE)
xxxxx.perr.cable.virginmedia.comspoiler: stus game was also good £25,000 was a great offer well done stu
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.com(Spoiler)- What a terrible deal at 7,000! and actually getting up to 107,000! I don't think anyone has had that finale before when dealing below 10,000, I remember some games with power five finales but I don't think it's ever been less than 20,000 the player has taken, Statistically its probably the most regretted deal ever, I was really expecting the 250,000 to come out at end- The other contestants should have encouraged her to go on at least one more round, as 7,000 was very low for the board and 7,000 isn't out of the reach of saving in a year or two but to get 35,000 or 107,000 is something she will never have chance at again, It was surprising she took it so well
xx.146.87.26(Spoiler) Leanne got very demoralized after one bad round and took her lowest offer even though it was still a nice board, and yet again someone who wants to "change their lives" gives up without a fight, and I think Noel did a lot to demoralize her saying about her luck running out- he gives his advice sometimes as if he knows whats going to happen, she could have achieved all the things she wanted with £35,000, for me anyway that would be a much much bigger regret than going home with a £1 or something, it's meant to be fun too, dealing at 4,000 is just a bit boring,
xx.146.87.26This must officially be the longest run (three weeks from tomorrow) where the fansite hasn't been updated and you know what, i'm not really bothered anymore. There haven't been any exiting games since Dale's amazing £100,000 win, and it's highly unlikely that love week is going to produce any decent games.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comAfter seeing Starling's game, I feel privaliged to be watching DOND!!
xxxxx.7-1.cable.virginmedia.comIt is getting ridiculous how far the backlog extends now! The valentines games are quite good this year I think, the first two players haven't taken the opportunity of the extra offer very tactically however! It's a bit weird they are doing valentine's games now though, but then valentine's day did fall on monday.
xx.146.82.216Did all that 'squeezies' in Vicki's game today drive anyone else crazy, I nearly switched it off! Also I felt that she didn't come across as immensely likeable for some reason.
xxx.77.40.136Just been playing Million Pound Drop online and survived 9 questions with £1,000,000! :D
xxxxx.bb.sky.com(SPOILER) The backlog is so long now that Friday's player isn't even listed there, She was extremely irritating- kept screaming and laughing for now obvious reason :/ It was a good spanking though as she dealt at 30,000 and had 15,000, who thinks that this site has actually given up for good?
xx.242.105.203Me.
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comDid anyone watch Ant and Dec's Push the Button last night, because Morris's family was one. If anyone remembers, Morris was the man who rejected an offer of £101,000. Brilliant player and it is just a shame that we don't any players like that anymore.
xx.29.218.140well there was Crrine she was very brave n in my opinion better than Morris but yes he was brave but not as much as Corrine
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comI am interested if there have ever been any autistic contestants on Deal or No Deal? cos I have autism myself i really want to know
xxxxx.range81-147.btcentralplus.comDale's game today... O wait that was months ago!!
xxx.63.210.175I know! It's almost a month! The newbie in this game played today and was probably there for 30 game or so! Dylan's game was brilliant- It was a pity he didn't get the red climax at the end but he was definitely the most confident player since Dale's game :D well done!
xx.146.84.189(SPOILER)Did anyone see Carol's game today? She dealt at £26,000 at 5-box with THREE OF THE POWER 5 still remaining! What the hell?!
xxxxx.bb.sky.comYeah but 26,000 was the only half decent offer in the game, the 20,000 twice was pathetic! If it has been 26,000 three times it would have been sort of ok!
xxxxx.as43234.neti dont really understand why she dealt at £26,000 either coz if she took out the last blue the offer wouldve been atleast £20,000 which is only £6,000 less than the last offer she took.
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comDid anyone watch Secret Fortune on BBC One today? I just saw a couple win £75,000! :D
xxxxx.bb.sky.comi am a big fan of deal or no deal n i watched his game.mus say best game i have seen on this show.i was full of tears n when i saw NOEL with tears in his eyes it made me really think the dream factory can change some1s LIFE AND NOEL REALLY GUIDED him the right way BLESS U NOEL
xxxxx.bb.sky.comi am a big fan of deal or no deal n i watched his game.mus say best game i have seen on this show.i was full of tears n when i saw NOEL with tears in his eyes it made me really think the dream factory can change some1s LIFE AND NOEL REALLY GUIDED him the right way BLESS U NOEL FRM MEMSZIE
xxxxx.bb.sky.comWell this has got to be the longest run that the site hasn't been updated and, by the looks of it it doesn't look like it ever will. So what was everyone's best and worst games of February? I haven't watched any of it recently, so I haven't got a clue.
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comthis time i think they have gaven up its been over a month now.
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comand also if your goin to spoil stuff put spoiler infront of it because thanks to u i knew what was going to happen on that secret fortune :(
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comdo you not think the ownership of the website could be passed on to someone else?
xxxxx.as43234.netdont know
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comThere's an interview with Dale on the official DOND Youtube channel - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ua6w-DDd60
xxxxx.bb.sky.comNo one answered Joe's question, well I haven't been watching it lately either so I can't say which has been my best and worst of February.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comWell, my best game of February goes to Patricia, and my worst game goes to Darrel.
xxxxx.7-1.cable.virginmedia.comBest game of February... I would say Dylan and Adam's games purely for their go for it attitude, and worst was probably Sophie, although she was a funny character, that 7,000 deal was ridiculous
xx.242.100.86I enjoyed watching Paul's game yesterday well done you deserved £13,000.
xxx.134.gr5.adsl.brightview.comI watched today's game for the first time in, probably months, only because there was nothing else on. I was however switching over time to time, as it just seemed to drag on too long and the board wasn't great either. Oh and I saw the ending which was probably more predictable than the news going crazy over government fundings - petrol prices, student protesting and increasing unemployment. Sorry if that sounds like a silly simile, but it's the only one I can think of. I'm not as good as british leyland when it comes to using similes.
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comOne thing I will say is that I actually think now, that these endings (which involve twists, bonuses or anything extra should the players go away with a blue) are all staged, set up in other words, as if the players actually know the Banker is going to offer some kind of gamble at the end. Take today's game for example, as soon as she found out what the gold envelope contained, I think she knew the Banker would call back anyway and provide her with a bonus anyway. And it seemed more obvious when she was pointing out to everyone how she had kept true to her word, saying she declined £3,000 to get to this point. Basically what i'm saying is I think she, Noel and everyone around her knew what was coming. That makes you think, hmmm is it a fix?
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comOh great, the DOND.co.uk forums are down. 403 Forbidden. I HATE THAT ERROR!
xxxxx.bb.sky.comWoah! 50 pounds on the table FOUR games in a row!
xxxxx.7-1.cable.virginmedia.comWow! 50 pounds on the table FOUR days in a row!
xxxxx.7-1.cable.virginmedia.comMake that FIVE times in a row. The odds of that happening were over 1 in 5 MILLION! (SPOILER)Fran's game today has got to be the WORST this month. £10,021 dealt at with £250K, £75K, £20K, £10K, £5K still there. Seriously? That offer is appalling! WHY DID YOU DEAL?! Then she had £250K in her box making her the second biggest loser on DOND!
xxxxx.bb.sky.comI know, dealing at £10,021 was insane, even if she took out the 250,000 the offer could not possibly drop if it balanced out so it made no sense, In this game I would have offered £7,500, £12,500, £9,000, £19,000, £25,000 and £75,000 and I wouldn't say that they are good offers because she seemed so scared, but I've never seen such a low accepted on such a strong board, it was awful!
xxxxx.as43234.netApologies for posting the previous comment about the £50 twice, i didnt think it worked the first time... anyway todays game was good up until the offer of £10,021... had the £20k not been there, then the offer would be fair, but with the £20k backing up £75k and £250k, The offer should have been round about £21,000. however i'm glad she was still satisfied with the money she had.
xxxxx.7-1.cable.virginmedia.comActually Fran holds the record for the 3rd biggest banker victory of all time . Because about 2 years ago Melanie dealt at £10,000 and had the £250,000 in her box.
xxx.134.gr5.adsl.brightview.comOh, then blame Noel for his RUBBISH memory! LOL!
xxxxx.bb.sky.comlol even i forgot about it was very close though lol
xxxxx.12-3.cable.virginmedia.comHiya!
xxxxx.7-1.cable.virginmedia.comIs this site ever going to get updated or what?
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comIf it does, then i'll be just as shocked as seeing the terrible events that have happened in Japan.
xxxxx.1-1.cable.virginmedia.comIf this site was running, people would notice that players have greatly lowered their expectations! It's quite frustrating as there has been power five amounts for the last few games! The amount of times power five amounts have been sold for less than 16k is really high! The 250,000 being sold for 10,021 in the situation she had is worst though, I know there are dull games where they sell the box low, but it is happening 9 times out of 10 now :(
xxxxx.as43234.net(SPOILER)*sigh* Another low offer deal. I mean who the hell deals at £8,000 with £75,000 & £250,000 still on the board. WE NEED BETTER PLAYERS!
xxxxx.bb.sky.comHow come the show was reduced in timing but then changed back again?? :(
xx.146.87.113It was because of the Cheltenham Festival. It was on from 12:25 until 4:15 but it NEVER finished at 4:15 and ALWAYS made DOND start at 4:20.
