The following rounds start to pick off the reds and the Banker starts sticking with his offers. At the Trick or Treat stage David finds the Trick, so the Banker gets to look inside David's box. The Banker then plays some games with the offer and rises from £15,000, to £30,000 and finally £40,000! David decides to snap up this offer as he is unsure if the Banker is playing games! Was it a wise move or did the Banker see the £250,000 inside his box.

David was offered a hypothetical SWAP at the end, but this hasn't shown in the report! Sorry... He decided to take the SWAP and swapped with Mary's box 8, which contained the £15,000...
xxxxx.as43234.netWHAT THE HELL he left the top eight reds till the 3rd round and only offers £9,500 and £12,000. Also the £40,000 was too high in my opinion, he would probably have dealt at £30,000 anyway so why did he need to offer 10k more.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comOh, COME ON! He has an ALL BLUE ROUND and the Banker increases the offer by a pitiful £2,500?! That's just pathetic! In fact all the offers up until £40,000 were crap. Another obvious attempt to force the player to 5 box. Also, another stupid use of the Trick again. Clearly, if the Banker offers such a high amount then there MUST be a HIGH red in the box. That's the 3rd time in a row he's done that.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comIn a way i'm glad he didn't win the £250,000 otherwise it would have been a forced win like Alice's. I only say this because the Banker knew he had it in his box, that's the third time the Banker has told the truth when the player has found the 'Trick'. That means that for the rest of this week you may as well find 'Trick' as the Banker will just tell you what you have in your box. You don't have to be a genious to work out that this ruins the show.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comWell in this game i wouldve gona on the way nomatter what even if it was a normal game i would most of the offers were a joke my offers would be £12,500, £20,000, £20,000, £17,500 £32,500 And £101,000 but only for gamblers this was a ok game but i thought the banker gave it away a bit with the offer and bout the truth mayb hes been tellin the truth for these 3 shows but u can gurantee that at atleast one point in the trick or treat shows he'll lie.
xxxxx.range86-153.btcentralplus.comThis was a good game, and I wouldn't have said the offers were bad apart from 12 grand, I would have offered 10,500, 15,500, 15,500, 12,500, 29,000 and 92,000. I think that the banker shouldn't have went up 25,000 and his initial offer should have been been 40,000, I can't believe that there has been 3 tricks in a row, It's possible that there could be trick for all the Halloween games
xx.24.146.245the feeling on the digital spy forums is that the producers are desperate for a huge win - well, they must b extremely desperate if, in the last 2 shows, they can try to force a combined payout of no less than £325k...
xx.134.148.197also yet another bloody hypothetical swap with the £250k that results in it being carried away from the pound table - and looking at the digital spy forums again, the view is that david knew he had it in front of him and so 'swapped' to save face and avoid getting a guilt trip. i wouldn't disagree, and i would say that more than likely this was also the case with martyne on 23 september 2008 (another contestant i didn't like because she opened her mouth too much), and who knows, possibly with all the others to have 'swapped' away the £250k. who else hates this sort of hypothetical swap?
xx.134.148.197I got a question for you guys. Who thinks that if David had left the £250,000 with the £750 the Banker would've offerd the gamble? I think he would have done, even though that would be stupid as he knew he had it in his box.
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.coma had a strange feelin that he was actually gonna leave the £750 an the 1/4 mill 2 the end, an yeah a thot he wuda got the gamble if that was the case, so for that reason am glad he left 2 reds 2 the end, the last offer of £100,000 seems pretty high tho
xx.146.140.217To be honest Joe I do think that he wudve but I dnt think he wud accept it if im honest.
xxxxx.range86-153.btcentralplus.comstu howcum ur nt tokin 2 me????
xx.146.140.217That doesn't make any sense, if he knew the 250,000 was there he would have carried on to the end and won it, and if Deal or no Deal had hoaxed games then there would have been a lot more winners of a quarter of a million pounds and any of the power five, and people wouldn't go home with blues etc. Deal or no Deal is a random game, and viewers would pick up on it if the big wins were set up as it would probably happen a lot more
xx.24.146.245Does anyone agree with me that finding the Trick (or Scrooge or Sunburn, whichever one means looking inside the box) is far more beneficial to the player than an offer after every box? So far this week we've had three Tricks and the average payout has been over £24,000.
xxxxx.readingconnect.netI do it feels as if the wrong choice good and the right choice is bad.
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comSorry my grammer is terrible sometimes what I was meant to say is, it feels as if the wrong choice is good for the players, as the Banker will tell you what you have in your box. Where as the right choice is bad for the players as no one will know what you have in your box, despite getting an offer after every box.
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comDont worry joe a knew what u meant, as u can tell my grammer isn't always up 2 scratch either
