The Banker agrees to increase his 5th round offer, but only if Eddie proposes to his girlfriend! Eddie agrees to this and his girlfriend accepts, this also gets them an offer of £30,000 which is snapped up.

This is a game I will most certainly forget as Eddie's girlfriend was absolutely annoying, there was probably more drama than an episode of Coronation Street or Eastenders. The part where Noel walked off set and got changed after the first break wasn't funny either, another attempt of him trying (and failing) to connect with the public. The offers were bad as well, only the offer he dealt at was decent but I would still carry on. If I was the Banker though I wouldn't have increased the offer, i'd stick or even be tempted to go down for falling for a dumb ideas that almost anyone would notice. Never trust the Banker. The bit where he proposed, imagine if she had said no lol. I don't mean to be cruel but I wouldn't want to spend the rest of my life with someone if she was just going to cry all the time. Would you?

That's harsh! But I agree that Noel's style of presenting is just so stupid at times, yesterday he tried to encourage the viewers to come back after the break by saying there is sadistic side in everyone who wants the player to do well, he then went on to say but there is also the side that makes you want to see them do well but that is not very encouraging for viewers or the player, and he seems to be on the banker's side- today he told her that ever since his girlfriend came down the big numbers had went, and the thing about giving compliments and there being a big red, and he actually discourages the player in most games. We need a new banker and presenter I think :D

Not wishing to be cruel Joe ;) But I don't think there would be many who would want to spend the rest of their life with someone who is always moaning, negative and fails to see that something is produced for entertainment ( well 2 million people a day can't be wrong ;) ) All of the above is purely the opinion of an optimist rather than a pessimist ;)

@ happiness thankyou. And to the people who do nothing but moan e.g. Joe, you may not realise that DOND is the second most popular gameshow worldwide. I very much doubt it will be axed in the near future. And do you expect DOND to cater exclusively for you? oh I wouldnt do this, nooo that spoilt it! etc. You can't pull the wool over the eyes of positivity.

IMHO, if it was at all possible for deal or no deal UK to sink any lower than the time of alice, then it happened today. a total prat of a contestant and a girlfriend who made herself very much the centre of attention with at least 5 times more crying than the average x factor contestant (and she was clearly greedy too), poor offers throughout except for that £30k, and of course the proposal, which had almost everyone on the digital spy forums reaching for the sick bucket... and, surprise surprise, noel clearly LOVED ABSOLUTELY EVERY SINGLE MILLISECOND of it. it's as likely as a rocking horse not doing a poo that if he does another hall of fame this game will b included. i'll bet that if he awarded medals to his 3 favourite games of all time then this one would b a serious candidate for the gold... it must surely confirm that he is now nothing more than an obnoxious git, and even more of one than the likes of chris tarrant or angus deayton

and i tell u what, i really would actually prefer a good number of games from special weeks, and/or having banker's gambles, to this one. at least they weren't an absolute hell to watch! and if u were to compare this game to ones like corinne's, well, these would b at the top of everest. i know not everyone is going to agree with this rant of mine - but i just had to get it all off my chest

British Leyland you're being completley and utterly stupid. I constantly take breaks from this site because all people do is complain. Putting your advise into context you don't need to watch the show if you're just going to complain. Its really stupid, and don't give me the 'It has its rare occasions where it has a good show' .... because you carry on watching, complain, carry on watching. Its gets annoying after awhile.

Then don't come on this site anymore if your all just going to have a go at us. When are you all going to get it into your head that everyone on this site is entitled to their own opinions and Joe, british leyland and anyone else are just simply commenting their thoughts on each game. They haven't done anything to hurt anyone, they're not like No Dealer are they who justs makes racist and comments on people's coloured skin and where they are from. I can understand if they annoy you but that doesn't mean you have to rise at it and insult us, we never insult you. It's like a cival war here. Everyone is entitled to their opinion vs Say something positive for a change.
