Dealt at £33,000

Now Israel is hoping to find £10,000 in their box. If Israel finds £10,000 in their box, Israel has made a great deal.

The Banker then offered Israel to swap box number 18 with box number 3. Israel accepted the Bankers offer.

Israel had £10,000 in box number 18, however as Israel swapped the box Israel had box number 3 which had £75,000. Israel lost to the Banker by £42,000.

The remaining box belonged to Freddie with box number 18 which had £10,000.

(This is Israel's box.)

Summary:

Dealt at: £33,000
Amount in their Box: £10,000
Highest Offer: £33,000
Lowest Offer: £8,500

Synopsis:

Complete with a system that baffles nearly everyone in the Dream Factory, Israel takes on and gives the Banker a big challenge today. He starts well, but then has a run of bad luck in the mid-section of his game, but shows courage to battle through this and pulls things around again. Noel takes the edge off the game a little by performing a pointless hypothetical swap at the end of the game.

What have you got against hypothetical swaps anyway, I don't have a problem with them. Anyway yes Israel played a great game and it was a shame that he lost out on £75,000 but £33,000 is not to be sniffed at.

well with some of these hypothetical swaps u can't really b sure if the player actually would have swapped if they were in live play, or if they are just doing it to avoid being beaten by the banker (and thus rather manufacturing a victory over him). as i've said before, sometimes u wonder if the player actually is playing on with total honesty after a deal... the one hypothetical swap i will never forget is that by martyne on 23 september 2008, when the £250k was taken away from the table after she had led into the 2nd break by saying there and then that she was going to win it, only to deal at £18k almost immediately after that break. IMO, that swap was one to avoid being on the receiving end of a huge banker win. i didn't like martyne anyway as she was another rather mouthy one... rant over

I suppose you have a point there but hey the Banker no longer plays on with total honesty as well. I hated Martyne's game as well as she had a strong 8 box board and dealt at a miserable £18,000. One thing I do definatley hate is when players say they're going to go to the end when the 250k is in play, only for them to deal moments later. Corrine on the other hand shocked me completly, I really didn't believe her at first until she started gambling big money
