With talk of playing all the way to the end as he promised his 2 sons, Jerry provides the Banker with a few problems today. Fortunately for the Banker the boxes don't really go Jerry's way and his game fails to really get going. This doesn't stop the Banker throwing in some emotional play on the offer at the end of the 5th round by adding in 2 games consoles and 2 bikes for Jerry's sons, but this doesn't move Jerry from his goal.

Didn't watch this game, and predicted correctly. Crap game. Crap offers. No wonder he went on till the end.
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukBlimey, this must be the quickest update for ages. It's only been half an hour since the episode ended! Anyway, the Banker averted another gimmick today as he often makes an offer after every box when there's a red and four blues remaining.
xxxxx.as43234.netThey weren't rubbish offers, I thought he got some very decent ones especially the £8,500. Although there were no gimmicks, I don't like it when the Banker offers things like gifts, holidays and VIP's to such and such I personally wish he would just continue offering money.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comAm with u joe and i think the last offer of the photo of the consoles and the bikes and the envelopes was just rather pathetic, and y was it only £1 in money whe the £1 was the lowest amount he had? i think the banker is just sinkin lower and lower all the time
xx.144.130.8Thought that this guy contradicted himself a lot of the time, going on about the low offers making him go on but also saying that he would open his box whatever happened, I think if he had been offered over 15,000 or around that he would have dealt but he didn't have the boxes and most players would have carried on to the end with a game like his. The banker is falling for mind games and strategies from the players also I think a lot this season like "I'm hear to open my box", "Box 13's my number, Box 8's my number" "I'm here for the quarter of a million". Practically all of the games have had these and the typical banker is raising offers because of it, I think the show needs a new "banker" quite desperately
xxxxx.dynamic.dsl.as9105.comJerry looked like the first male £250,000 winner. instead the greedy sod got 250 quid.
xxxxx.range86-171.btcentralplus.comi'm not too gone either on the banker offering gifts, holidays etc instead of money - it's not all that fair that some contestants get them and others don't. mind u, jerry was another one of those contestants who blabbed on a lot of the time and wasn't entertaining
xx.134.201.117and i don't mean to sound like a grouch here but i have suggested that this site deletes the nasty and uncalled-for comments made on the pages for gail's and des's games...
xx.134.201.117Blixa there hasn't been a first male £250,000 winner yet, unless you know something that we don't.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comcompared to all the games in season 5 this has got to be the worst game so far well this game and des's was quite dull 2
xxxxx.range86-162.btcentralplus.com[YES SPOILER] I don't think I've disliked a game sooo much. (This is in reference to today's game) because it was sooo dull. Although her second offer was sooo high.
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukNot really Perry her second offer of £15,000 wasn't that great as she had the power four still remaining backed up by 20k, 10k, 5k and 3k, a decent offer would be around £20,000. Shame she never got any higher than that but at least it was better than yesterdays, plus it was a gimmick free game which I would rather see, even if it is a low money win.
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comI really didn't want her to get the ending £3,000. She disregarded the £1,000 offer and the £1,500 before it.
