I said following Colleen's game that her 30k win was the biggest since Betty won 100k two months ago, but just 24 hours later Jess plays an absolute blinder for 40k in what Noel quite correctly says is a classic game. I must admit I thought too that there was a chance she could join Laura Pearce's club, especially when the Banker offered his Gamble, but ultimately it's his biggest spanking in quite a while. Well done and many congratulations Jess.

Incidentally, at least 11k has been won on five of the last six shows, and between them they have paid out no less than 122k, which ought to suggest that the unlucky period of late is indeed now behind us. But then this is a game of chance.

She nailed it! Best gambler we've had for ages if not best gambler ever. Shame Sue didn't win the chunky money as well. I predict the banker will be cruel to the following players after being spanked by Colleen and Jess.

Well, in the next two games, the Banker got Karl and Slim out of the chair with very clever offers.

Then he made it a hat-trick with Louise, and if that wasn't enough she had the Dream Finish and the 250k too. So your prediction isn't far off at all Luke.

And as if it couldn't get worse, the Banker made it four-in-a-row with Lance, and he too could have joined Laura's club.
