Synopsis:

A high energy and high decibel game from Joe today. An early setback sees a low offer of £2,500, although things soon pick up, as does the decibel level! The offers soon rise to £16,500 and then £26,500, where Joe decides to cut and run. This is proved a very wise move as the proveout round destroys the board.
