Synopsis:

A horrible opening round for Lee really gets punished by the Banker, and sets the tone for a low money game, but little does Lee know how low it can go! Lee does start a slight recovery, but there is never big money on offer, and almost forces him to play to the end. A terrible 5th round sets up an all blue 5-box stage, and then when the final offer is declined the Banker makes a totally unique offer to Lee which could set up another first for the show! The Banker makes an offer of if Lee opens his box and has the £10, then he will increase his total win to £510, BUT if Lee has the £1 in his box then he will go home with NOTHING!!! Lee accepts this final twist, and Noel opens his box to reveal the £1... This means Lee becomes the first player in the UK to go home with NOTHING.

Although Lee going away with nothing at all was entertaining, it's further evidence that the Banker is having to resort to ridiculous gimmicks to bring in the viewers.

Oh dear, I think they missed a good twist here. The Banker should have given Lee the opportunity to re-apply and play again in the future. After all, he did win nothing so that makes him a special case. Plus he is very nice to look at.

I wanted to take this guy out for a drink. Anyway the twist at the end was well worth it as £500 is still a considerable sum but £1 is sod all.

Lee is an insurance claims investigator and goes away with nothing. Lee believes everything is for a reason and I now believe in God and karma :)
