After the fear factor which has affected the contestants since Steve's game, Mark steps up to battle the banker. He doesn't get off to the best start, and receives an opening offer of £2,000. The next round improves slightly, and receives £9,000. After an average third round and an offer of £12,500, Mark surprises everyone and deals. The following proveout round shows this was a mistake as the offer jumps to £21,000. Later rounds help ease the pain of an early deal, as the offers would have fallen dramatically.
