Not a great start for Monique today, and she is really punished by the Banker who predicts a roller-coaster of a game for her. She does recover well though and is soon knocking out the blues, until she hits the big one in round 4 and her game stutters a little. After some advice at the end of the 5th round, Peggy hints that the Banker should make an offer after every box in the final round! The Banker decides to take up that idea and Monique then accepts the challenge. After the 1st box of the round Monique is offered £13,000 which she declines, after the 2nd box she is offered £23,000 which she snaps up. The final box would have produced a bigger offer of £26,000.

The run of 12 gimmick free games came to an end thanks to Peggy.
