Yeah! Atlast Paulines game. Now all we have to wait for are: Dougs, Chelsea and Penny's game
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukOh and someone else (forgot the other 1) Anyway, what a strong game!!Glad she got 30k But dont you think the 13,500 pound offer was a little low? the £30,000 was ok. I guessed 30,000 and it happened. I was happy I got it right :P
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukThis game was at least as epic as Julie's, if not more. Pauline didn't allow her situation to stop her from playing an absolute blinder, and Noel was not wrong to say that her no deals to £10k and £13.5k are among the bravest. Because even though she had a fantastic board, it would have been crushingly devastating if it had gone wrong, and probably not easy to watch either. It didn't go wrong, though, and one can't argue that £30k for her is life security, let alone life changing. But after such a game she deserved every penny of it. Very well played and all the best for the future Pauline.
xx.134.193.46dond mate all the offers were crap i thought to be honest i wouldve offered over 50K with that bored when the banker offered 30K these offers were so stingy
xxxxx.range86-142.btcentralplus.comIt was a shame that this game was the weekend show, because for some reason they always have by far the least viewers and I thought this game summed up what Deal or No Deal is all about.
xxxxx.as43234.netHow can £30,000 be described as stingy if Pauline was perfectly happy to accept it? £50,000 may have been the obligatory inflated offer had Pauline already dealt.
xxxxx.as43234.netIn season 3, Pauline's board would have got an offer of £40k though! (the point where she dealt) Comapre Daniel and Pauline's game. Yeah his game was stronger, but the offers (on average) were lower, and at one point I think Daniel and Pauline had similar boards (11 box) and yet she was offered £13,500 and I'm sure he got a higher offer. Also, the banker in the opening round would have really fork out atleast £14,000 yet offered her a box swap. Ever since the phone in compeitions have been closed, the offers have become lower: a) to push people to gamble (get more viewers) b) I think the phone in scams fine of £500,000 made them a little more tight with their money
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukTo proove a point that the offers have amazingly dropped, let me give you a comparision of Daniel and Pauline's game (I have a very sad life, and have actually looked this all up) Daniel took out: £50, £100, 1p, £1, and £10,000 He got an offer of: £8,100! Pauline took out 2 reds instead of one. The £1,000 and £15,000. Ok Here Daniel is doing better than her, however she got an opening offer of a box swap!! In the 2nd round of Daniel's game, he took out: £500, £20,000, £3,000 and was offered £13,000 Pauline did 50p, £20,000 and £5. Yes Daniel's game is a little stronger, but both player have all the power 5 intact! She gets a lousey £5,000 and a fair offer is about £16-20k! In the third round Daniel wipes out: 15k, 1k and £250 He gets an offer of £20k Pauline did 5 grand downwards. She gets an offer HALF of Daniel's offer at this point and both players have the power 5 intact! Then Daniel's game gets stronger then hers, so well obviosuly the offers would be relativley higher than Pauline's past the 4th round. But I hope you see my point? Which reminds, Coleen also provided a very strong game like Pauline's and Daniel's. Yes, she got good offers but they were still lower than Daniels who played in season 3.
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukTrue but the Banker doesn't just base his offers on the board, he also bases them on the player, and with Pauline's difficult personal circumstances, the Banker knew through experience that she would be less prone to gambling the money, whereas Daniel would have to be offered a lot more in order to deal.
xxxxx.as43234.netJames Kid 30K Is just low he wouldve offered normally 45-60K thats wot he used to offer it was a fantastic bored and 30K was too low a good offer at that wouldve been over 45K how ever if she left 100k n 250k n play what do u think he wouldve offered and no ones ever gone that in live play before its gotta happen 1 day i gurantee it
xxxxx.range86-160.btcentralplus.comLol, what I sad life I have. Straight after DOND, I check if they've updated this. Only when I actually watch the show, which is nearly everyday :p I am desprate to talk about Claude's game!! Please sort this out, whoever runs this site. Mind you, I wouldn't mind taking over :D
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukErrr, this isn't a harry potter site. Its a deal or no deal site. Stop being so childish, and rude. I dont care if you are joking, I am very much offended.
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukCan we see the present games? I'm dying to watch Doug's and Malc's games.
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieMe too, I want to watch Chelsea's game when she was excited and I also want to see Malc's unlucky game when he failed to get £20,000. Not to mention Whitey was kept to the end two games in a row and I also want to watch Claude's game when he and his wife failed to get £5,000 each. The Banker was gonna double the total prize money to £10,000 but sadly Claude won just £100. Seriously, someone please put on the present games right now! I'm getting so angry I feel like I want to live alone! Thank you.
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieI agree with the present games please.
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieI also agree for present games especially that man who almost won £20,000.
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieWhat are the names of the 17 1p members?
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieCan Voldermort just bloody get a life!! "I'm not gonna kill" Oh come oN!! get a bloody life man! You seriosuly are p***ing me off!! I've watched the present shows, I just want to discuss it lol! And whoever wrote the things about Claude's game, please consider other people. Some people havent watched all the games, and you have spoiled it for them, even thought they are quite old. For people who WANT to watch them: www.channel4.com/deal < go onto "watch online" and choose 'deal or no deal' and you can watch all the DOND eps of this month! Once they are 30 days old, they get deleted, so you can catch up on all the games this month!! And not only the last 10 mins...the full 45 mins (and you can fast forward the boring bits) eg people talking for a long time on the wings :p . well sometimes they are funny, but sometimes thats irritating. but hopefully you take my advise lol
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukThe 1p club members are: Nick, Trevor, Fadil, Dave E, Sally, Connell, Giorgio, Sharron, Tony, PJ (some say no, but in terms of records, he IS), Adam, Katie, Shaun, Simon, Margaret, Matty and now Pete.
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukWho was the first person to walk away with only £1?
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieMike became the first £1 winner on Thursday 2 March 2006 (a season 1 game so it's not on this site)
xxxxx.as43234.netBefore the inside of the boxes turned blue and red, what were they like?
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieWho was the second person and who was the third person to win £1?
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieYou have probably spoiled games for some people "Voldermort" Can you just be patient, even though waiting can be frustrating. Anyway I doubt anyone would read all of that. I just read the first two sentances. I find spoilers very tedious, even though I have watched his game www.channel4.com/watchonline ...a good site to catch up. PS why do you wanna know who was the 2nd person to win £1 etc, precious guy? The first person to win a blue was a dude called Raj (correct me if I'm wrong) lol.
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukThis thread has become ridiculous. Can whoever runs this site please just update it. As dond keeps saying, the episodes are available on C4 catch-up, so there's no excuse.
xxxxx.as43234.netWho was the first person to walk away with £10?
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ie34 comments. Outstanding! And here's number 35! Offers in this game were shamefully poor.
xx.107.12.167everything is wrong @ this site at the minute, the people running it are hardly doing wot theyre supposed 2 do with it, and this lord voldemort person is clearly looking 4 as much attention as he or she can bcause he or she is not only spoiling it 4 those who havent seen claudes game, but also clearly employing a multiple identity - look at the addresses below comments made by him or her and also simon cowell, bart simpson and some precious guy, theyre all the same! most of these comments would b better not being there... if this site ever gets round 2 considering removing them
xx.134.168.51Who accepted an offer of £300?
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieThere wouldn't be anywhere near 30+ comments on this game (probably 10 at most) if it hadn't been for the sudden slump in this site's efficiency as well as this Voldemort guy's needless antics.
xxxxx.as43234.netCould somebody ask me the question that was given on Comment 39? The question was Who accepted an offer of £300?
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieSorry, I mean could someone please answer the question that was given on Comment 39. Who accepted an offer of £300?
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieGreat, that makes my last comment erroneous.
xx.107.4.226Why has my comment been removed
xxxxx.range86-159.btcentralplus.comNice try, Voldemort, but we know you're not the real owner of the site simply by looking at your IP address. It's the same as all of your other pointless comments.
xxxxx.as43234.netat present there are still a good number of comments on this page that i really do not think should b up - certainly the ones by 'barney the dinosaur' and 'mr chips' (both AKA lord voldemort, im sure), and im not too sure either about some of the questions asked by 'some precious guy' (also likely 2 b AKA lord voldemort). whats so great about the 2nd and 3rd people 2 win £1?? cos he or she has 2 b looking 4 attention - i mean look at it, 12 (TWELVE) comments posted on october 18, each with the same 'filter.imagine.ie' IP address! that cant b normal or a coincidence!!
xx.134.210.255Unnatural stuff isnt it? This site takes ages to get up to date, yet once it does so it stops again, and in the meantime this person calling himself or herself not just lord voldemort but a whole lot of other names too, turns up and sends a whole barrage of comments that are mostly irrelevant. I thoroughly agree with british leyland, this must be attention seeking, and the people who run this site need to do something about it - if they'll ever get round to it that is
xxx.157.1.18439 comments is still too many for this page, unless theyre all relevant in some way - but a good number of them are not. certainly questions about who were the 2nd and 3rd people 2 win £1, and the 1st 2 win £10, are completely irrelevant since pauline didnt win either of those amounts. and does 'some precious guy' (lord voldemort) really have 2 go flinging such questions out almost all at once? i honestly think that really only the 1st 11 comments should b present - the ones afterwards should all b removed
xx.134.202.165again I'll say: This site is getting taking over by trolls. Why dont the mods (if there are any) use my idea about usernames, where you register...and confirm it with an e-mail address..and only 1 user per IP address!! It would reduce, silly comments from simon/voldermort etc...
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukOh, will you shut up! Surely this is clearly not regular connection about myself but this is my final comment and no more talking about me, Mr Wise Guy!
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieAgain i agree with british leyland - the first 11 comments on this game are all relevant in some way, but a good number of the rest - especially some precious guy's questions - are not relevant at all and shouldnt really be present (ie should be removed). I agree with dond too about the idea of user names. So why doesnt this site do anything about either of these things?
xxx.157.1.184Voldermort, dont tell people to shut up! You are needlessley asking numerous amount of questions and you are filling threads with garbages. It's entiled Pauline's game, so I wonder what we should talk about...? Hmmmm
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukI agree with your every word there dond
xxxxx.nuim.ie45 comments plus those which have been deleted... Pauline must be flattered!
xxxxx.as43234.netWhy is the sound on this game funny?
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieLord Voldemort, I'm sick of you! You were in my nightmares tonight!
xxxxx.filter.imagine.ieand on and on and on and on and ariston...
xx.134.216.8Is there a person responsible for controlling the comments that appear on these pages?? Cause it might be a good idea for this person to delete quite a number of the comments on this page, especialy those containing the IP address xxxxx.filter.imagine.ie - they clearly have nothing to do with this game!
xxxxx.nuim.ieit seems the people behind this site just arent bothered
xx.134.201.177This is the game in one: Brilliant game but crap offers, need I say more?
xxxxx.range86-161.btcentralplus.comI can't believe how low her offers were, i know that she had difficult personal circumstances and a hard life like James said. But some of her offers were bang out of order like the first 3 offers, considering she had all the power five intact. If she had this board 2/3 years ago then her offers would definatley have been more. The first offer probably would have been £12,000-£15,000. The second offer would have been £20,000 and the third offer would have been the banker's old faithful £26,000 or even £30,000 for that matter.
