Synopsis:

A very quietly spoken Phyl steps up to take on the banker, but it's only her voice that it is quiet in her game, as she shows a determined and courageous side to herself. After a faltering start, Phyl just goes from strength to strength as her offers rise, and she ploughs on. She shocks many when declining both £15,000, and then £25,000, and her courage is rewarded in her final play when it's revealed that she has the £15,000.
