A very phased Rich steps up today, and the moment seems to hit him and he is a little bewildered with the whole event. A joke opening offer is swiftly declined but Rich has one of those games that never really gets going and he struggles to get any decent offers. When £10,000 is offered at the end of the 5th round he takes the first really decent offer of his game, but unfortunately things would have improved even more for him.

What a Boring Player !! . It was embarrassing to watch. You would think DOND would choose Players with a Bit of personality and what was all that rolling about on the floor at the end All About !!!!
xx.232.55.186I think the contrast between two consecutive players (Hannah and Rich) has never ever been bigger!
xxxxx.as43234.netHe was so rude, I mean not the normal "ask me the question" he just says "go on then", you could tell when he did it first, Noel didn't like it. But hey, well done on £10,000. It must have been hard to decline 10k with such a weak board. I thought the banker would offer the gamble then, I'm glad I was wrong lol.
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukI seriously doubt he would have offered 31k to be honest, about 20k maybe but definatley not over 30k.
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comI'm not really impressed with the players this week, everyone is so emotional and has come with a complete sob story. Today's game for example, she absolutley annoyed me to bits. It's just a flipping game at the end of the day, she didn't really deserve that huge offer at the end, if i was the banker i would've tested her. I was close to switching off my TV, someone had better come on the show with a more positive attitude, no sob stories and win huge without any gimmicks or banker nonsens.
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comYes he would have given £31,000 because the blue left was a HIGH blue, and he normally gives £28,000. So £31,000 wasn't much inflated. With relation to Patricia, I dont normally like crying but in her case, it was so scary. I dont think we give the player's enough credit, I mean we dont know how it feels (yet lol) so you cant really be so cold, and her last offer wasnt high, it was fair. £x should normally be offered with a low blue, and that value. (Trying my best not to spoil lol)
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.ukOk i admit i was a bit harsh before and i apologise, but really i think the banker felt sorry for her and that's why he offered that much. Trust me if it was any other player he probably would only offer between 20-25k, i say this because he usually offers that when it's between a blue and a £100,000. The last time i remember him offering more than that was Susan's game is season 2 when she was offered 42 grand with a 50p/100k climax. Oh and today's game was a much better game and i was surprised cuz i was afraid that he would be the same as the previous players this week but he did well.
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comdid anyone see aaron bell from 29 march 2006 (the game immediately b4 lucy harrington's) winning the new krypton factor last night?
xx.134.216.236No i didn't but i do remember his game he was the second player to do an all blue round and got an offer of £15,000. Then he took out 2 more blues and 10k and got and offer of £30,000(boy we wouldn't get anywhere near that now). Unfortunatley the next round he took out the 250k and 35k and crashed down to £12,000. Things picked up after that as he took out 2 blues and the £1,000 and got a respectable £25,000 offer. Despite most people willing him to go on including me, he decided to cut and run and turned out to be the right thing.
xxxxx.bb.sky.comWhen Noel says "The Banker can’t read you†, he means “you are not doing anything interesting.†And yet he had been so colourful in the wings. Noel had to work so hard on this one.
xxxxx.mclink.itI won't spoil it but did anyone see todays game, it was a belter especially after poor offers.
xxxxx.bagu.cable.ntl.comi hope im not spoiling it too much but i too thought that some of the offers in 2days game were very dodgy. the 1st offer was an absolute joke. and there was a horrible round but the banker still went up
xx.134.195.215perry (dond) shut up mate how the hell was he being rude saying go on then what do you want him to do kiss noels feet cause i know i certainly wouldnt. noel is the rude one mate hes got no respect for anyone other than himself cause hes an arrogant twat soo shhhh ps well done rich winning 10 grand u deserve it mate especially with that hair do.
xxxxx.pool1.unallocated-106-0.orangehomedsl.co.ukErrrrm...don't tell me to shut up, where did I imply he should worship Noel and where did I also imply that Noel isnt rude. I admit Noel is rude a lot, but so was rich. He should politley say "Ask me the question please" Not "Go on then" In the future, read posts more carefully before making a judement because I re-read my earlier post and I in no way implied Noel should be idolised, and if that wasn't your attention it could be sarcasm, and sarcasm is the lowest form of wit.
xxxxx.cable.ubr06.perr.blueyonder.co.uklol, £1.10 opening offer
