Synopsis:

More Banker Birthday fun today as Scarlet takes to the pound table. It's not a fantastic start, but Scarlet remains optimistic throughout and does pull things around when she reaches the clown stage at 5-box. Scarlet finds the 'Funny' clown on her 2nd attempt so the Banker only gets to look inside 1 box. The £21,000 doesn't tempt Scarlet even though she only has the 1 red remaining and she plays on knowing that she only has to open 1 box at a time to get an offer. After her 1st box her offer jumps to £36,000 and this proves a tough amount to turn down and is taken after some thought. Luck would have been on Scarlet's side however as she would have been offered £62,000 after the next box, and £94,000 at the end of the round. There is great relief and joy when only 10p is revealed in Scarlet's box.

Well done on winning £36,000 even though it was on a special show. Although i'm 99.9% certain that if this had been a normal game the offer would probably have been considerably less. Has it ever occured to you that the Banker's offers are quite high in the special shows and that the £250,000 stays to the end in most of them, but in a normal game the offers are relativley low and the 250 goes in every game.

Joe first you say the special shows (like these) make the banker be mean with his offers, and now you are saying they are higher? Dude, make up your mind and in future think about what you say because sometimes you end up contradicting yourself. Also so what if the £250,000 stayed? It doesn't mean anything, plus she wasn't in active play I'm sure (correct me if I'm wrong as I didn't watch this game) so it couldn't have really been a fix. Sometimes, you make such silly comments.

Ohhh err, that sounded mean because it was. Erase above comment and lemme rephrase it: I don't understand the logic, first you said these special shows cause the banker to be stingey, and now your saying they are higher.... or am I getting you confused with someone else...

It's true though in every special show - Anniversary's, Milestone shows, Halloween, Christmas, Valentines etc the banker's offers are relativley higher. Well no not all of them some of them have been quite poor offers, I think it's because the banker is trying to force them to get to 5 box cuz that's when they get an offer after each box or a gift like a holiday or something. I'm not saying DOND is a fix but sometimes it looks odd that the 250k stays to the end except for the 500th and 2nd anniversary. I just get a bit suspicious that's all.

After the 500th show and the 2nd Birthday they had to fix special shows lol. The Milestone ones are fixed, but not the easter ones or halloween ones.

But why on earth would they do that, I mean they're just ruining the show. Do they honestly think if they fix milestone shows or any other shows which includes gimmicks such as Banker's Gamble, future offers etc it will gain viewers. I know it will cause critisism that's all.
