i wasnt happy to see such a nice guy win so little. i was hoping for a season of big wins but maybe the run will carry on for tomorrows player ow and deal ro no deal is on earlier on sunday from its 4.45pm slot to 4.35 ok just in case u miss it x

Shame that this game was a low money win and after four great Banker spankings too (even though Des's game involved the B/G). On a positive side it was a gimmick free game.

I have a feeling my game will go like this, where you don't get a chance to deal. Really, he didn't. That £2,500 was dealable but you wouldn't wanna deal at a low amount when £100,000 is available although, I've done that in my PC game at £1,500 and had £100k in my box.

now that the efficiency of this site has increased (for the time being anyway) may i request that the nasty comments made in the pages for gail's and des's games b deleted, so we can all pretend this silly falling out over spoilers and differences of opinions never occurred?

Even though he won £10, I liked Spencer's game. Maybe it was the lack of gimmicks, or maybe it was the person he brought with him.

Does anyone know if all the special shows (that I hate) will be back? These include halloween, santa vs scrooge, love week etc

Yes they will be back because someone I know went to a recording a few months ago and they were doing a Trick or Treat episode.

they're doing trick or treat AGAIN, eh? i suppose this means it's very likely they'll do santa v scrooge once more at christmas and bring out the good and bad eggs yet again at easter...

Well in that case all we can do is pray and hope we don't get any forced wins like the ones that happened last year in santa vs scrooge. They'll be sob stoies I can garantee, and I bet it will be just as extreme as today's X Factor which involved that young man who told everyone his tragedy if anyone saw that.

Hopefully some of the special weeks this season will be like the Summer Specials 2009, which I thought were the least bad specials because the Banker actually took advantage of looking in the player's box rather than let the player win big money.

The Santa and Scrooge was better when they first pulled it out. I always seem to enjoy the halloween shows though!

One thing that I've noticed in the trick or treat specials is that every player seems to find the treat. In the past 2 years that it has been going for, no one has found trick but in all the other special shows some players find the right one and others find the wrong one.

Another great game ruined today by you know what. Sometimes I think the contestants act it out on purpose by deliberatley dealing and saying things like "I would have swapped at this point" or "I really wanted to go on and win the biggest sum", just to persuade the Banker into offering the gamble. In today's game for example I knew as soon as she said that she would have swapped he'd be tempted to offer it and he falls for things like that. Or it's probably just that he just doesn't mind throwing away his money what do you guys think?

i knew it was going to happen cause i record every game of deal or no deal from nov 2008 with constance up to know and collecting them and every time i record it if i cut the adverts out the shows on for 35 mins and when it recorded for 29 mins today and there was 6 mins left of the show i knew there for time for the gamble if you get what i mean

I know exactly what you mean Karl, I usually check the time as well because I can tell if they're going to deal or if the Banker's Gamble is coming. For example if a player is at the 5th round and the time is 4.55pm then you know they will deal as there is no time for another round, another one is in Alice's game it was around 4.45pm when the Banker's Gamble is offered so you knew eventually she was going to accept it, it was just a matter of hoping they don't win the biggest sum and unfortunatley for Alice she did.

[SPOILER IN THIS COMMENT] I tuned in exactly when Noel said "Banker's gamble Deal or no deal?" and switched off exactly at the point where the £50,000 was revealed.

[SPOILER IN THIS COMMENT] As the site won't be updated I might aswell discuss Nic's game here. One I was annoyed at the low offer of £10,000. She should've carried on because even if she retained £50,000 the offer would be higher but not £16,000 as the Banker said he would've. Strange that Milly and Nic had the same configuration at the end. Good thing No Banker's gamble because it woulda been stupid in Nic's case.

He only implied it, but there's no doubt that he always wants them to accept it whenever it's offered. And I'm amazed and pleasantly surprised to see the Banker decide not to offer it today, given that it was entirely plausible with those last two amounts.

Today's game well let me put it simple, rubbish. Despite no gimmicks that £10,000 was a joke an absolute no brainer would have the guts to gamble that, I was surprised that the Banker's Gamble wasn't offered but I very much doubt that it's going to stop just because of today's example.

can't disagree that £10k was a rubbish offer, though nic was rattled by the loss of the £250k at the end of the previous round, and this probably played a part in her decision. and i too was surprised that the BG wasn't offered - perhaps the banker actually realised that having it on a £10/£50k climax for the second day running wouldn't have gone down well with many?

Ahh it just occured to me, maybe your right and the banker WANTS to give away as much money as possible. This game has confirmed it. The Banker felt the £50,000 couldn't come two days running (well its less likely too - in terms off the odds its the same but you know what I mean) and hence he didn't bother with the gamble.
