It's taken eleven shows, but finally Stacey-Anne has produced the first Banker spanking of season 4 - and in some fashion too. Let's hope that this time it's the start of a change of fortune in the Dream Factory - and not another flash in the pan.

Im glad she won a nice sum of money and spanked the banker, but I did not like the idea of the banker giving 1k to the previous players who ended up with a blue. They all lost fair and square, as Nikole would say.

why is the synopsis of this game rather rushed? "it started out 2 b just another day in the week of this long run of unlucky games..." doesnt make the greatest sense grammar wise - and also the run lasted longer than 1 week. i would say "it started out as just another day in this long run of unlucky games..."

I agree with you Luke, it doesn't sound right that the previous players who finished up with a blue should each get a £1k bonus (except Brian who already received £3,780 that wasn't really for him). But the Banker is actually getting silly now with these bonuses. Mary also received £1k for having a blue, then Stuart got a £3k diamond ring for his lady... It's not going to help viewing figures if he keeps like this.

Yeah I dont like people getting the bonuses HOWEVER, I think everyones forgotten the REASON why.... the banker said, he was SO confident that Stacey would go home with a blue, he;d give the previous blue winners (from last week) a grand.... so it added a little more "drama"

But the Banker never had to resort to 'dramas' in the first two seasons, and those dramas include the bonuses, telling the player what the offer would be should they leave the 250k in play etc, and of course the wretched Banker's Gamble.

thats because since the phone in 'scams' have been closed, they need to spice things up, otherwise they'd lose lots of viewers!
