Terry today, and he soon starts to give the Banker a problem as his early rounds go well. The Banker starts playing mind-games by including money for yesterdays contestant Debs! Terry is not swayed by this though and plays on with a strong board. A good 5th round gives Terry a great offer which he finds hard to refuse. The Banker plays out the game by trying to entice Terry with a 'Banker's Gamble' but Terry doesn't take up the offer.

After today's game it is now the sixth time that the Banker's Gamble has been offered with £250,000 remaining at the last 2 boxes. It happened in Jess's, Alice's, the first Christmas Star last year, the two games in back in June this year where it was one box away and now it's happened in Terry's game. I think it's certain now that another Alice situation is not long off, as for a Laura situation it will never happen again.
