A very strong start for Trudi today sees the Banker in an early generous mood, and things just keep improving early on as the offers rise nice and steadily. The momentum starts to slow though as the power 5 takes a hit in the middle of the game, and the offers start to fall. At the end of the 5th round with a potential all or nothing finish Trudi calls it a day and takes the £16,000 on offer.

Great result for Trudi although I thought £17,500 was a rubbish offer at 8 box with 75k, 100k and 250k still remaining the £16,000 offer was good. (spoiler) Finally the curse of £35,000 and £50,000 going after each box has broken.

Why when you've got the power five/four remaining after the 2nd and 3rd round backed up by 10k and low reds. I know it could easily go the other way and the big reds could go as it did after each round, but when are you going to get in that chair again and possibly win one of those sums of money. £14,000 and £20,000 aren't really gonna change your life forever where as anything from 50k over is. At the end of the day your no worse from when you started and you haven't actaully lost anything in the first place. So with all that I would say it's worth going for, just be brave and go for it and be happy with whatever the outcome is.

Well done to Trudi on her 16k win , it was a really good offer for a board of 250k and 4 blues. Love it when someone sells a box containing pennies for a 5-figure sum. Trudi looked like a brunette version of CJ from Sep/Oct 2007 who was on for 8 shows before being booted for being allegedly being a rude to the other players

i actually wouldn't b all that surprised if cj really did get rude towards the other players - there was something not quite right about her. she was quite pleasant on her first show, but after that she didn't say a word when opening her box, and the only facial expression she showed was this blank-looking one, even if she revealed a big amount. the ultimate reason why she left will probably never be confirmed, though - endemol obviously decided that this information was best kept from the public
