Fairly dull game today but that's probably just compared to yesterday.

Second anniversary of Laura's game tomorrow. Let's hope it isn't as disappointing as the first anniversary, in which Deano dealt at a miserable £1,400.

That 15,000 offer was rubbish it shouldve been in the 20s i know he took out of two of the powerfive but still he had the 2 big uns still there i remember donnas game she got a offer of 21,000 with a identical board everyone knows that the offers are slipping the question is why my money is on because they got fined for the phone lines been fixed but overall an ok game i wouldve gone on at 15k but i understand why he dealt.

I'd have declined £15,000 and if my game panned out like he's would have dealt at £7,500. £15k was a rubbish offer it should have been £19,000 atleast.

Donna's game was similar i agree and i have seen some games like that in the past where the offer has been more than £15k. The reason Williams offer was low is bcuz the banker knew by his emotions and ambitions that he really needed the money and was not prepared to gamble all the way. Plus i'm happy for him remember it's not our money and it's easy to say no deal and gamble at home, in the eastwing/westwing and where the audience sit. £15,000 will make a big differences in his life it may not be life changing but it will certainly make his life easier. Although i wished he had gone one more round, we can't expect everyone to be brave like Mary yesterday.

did every 1 see the bankers latest gimmick 2day. kate was left with the £5 and the £100k and the banker only offered her £17,500. she understandably thought about getting more from him so she spoke 2 him and quoted £25k. and he went and said that he would increase the offer only if she dealt. so she did and it turned out he only increased it by £2,500. and 2 make matters worse she had the £100k in her box. i'll bet it was another attempt 2 haul in the viewing figures

I personally think it added a new twist to her game although, I hope the banker doesn't make a habit of it as it may breach the rules.

Listen then Trest let me give you some advice if u get to the show. Don't show any emotions, don't ask people for advice or your partner/friend to come down and advise you and certainly don't let the banker know anything too much about you i.e what you do, what hobbies and interests and wether your a dealer/no dealer and prepared to go all the way. If you remember Germaine from season 1 around March, Khanny from Season 2 September and even Daniel from Season 3 August then play it in the same style as there's. That way the banker won't be able to read you and may take you seriously and might get good offers depending on the board.

I have just noticed something else about this game. He did an all blue opening round right and got an offer of £12,500 which i know seems a lot. But if you see Khanny and Matt's game they did an all blue opening round and got offers of £16,000 and £20,000.

Joe like I have sad many times before the offers have become lower due to the closing of the phone in scams, you'll notice the offers dropped ever since they were fined £500,000 for the scam and also contestants lowered their expectations and if he offered anything like he did in season 1-2, we'd see no-one go past the 2nd round! Ultimatley the banker's new job (from late season 3) has been to push people to gamble. I mean a 1/4 million and a low red climax eg Graham's scenario was given an offer of £101,000 ...and when another guy did it (forgot who) got offered in the £60,000 region. Another example: Jennifer Miller: £750-1/4 million climax and she was offered £120,000 and Rodney who played later replicated her scenario but was "only" offered £85,000

It's ok DOND i heard you before, it just annoys me sometimes and i like to get it off my chest. But surely there must be a way into persuading the banker into offering high offers, maybe if a player has the desire to go all the way like Alan did and got £24k as did this other bloke recently and got £24k.

Yeah if you think theres the 1/4 million in your box or something, good point. Erm, if I tried to get higher offers I'd pretend I'm psychic or even be a white withc lol, like Pam.

Then again the banker might not believe you, he may think you're only saying that just to make me into giving high offers. Some say it requires skill and getting the banker's attention into giving high offers, but just be careful not to give too much information away.
