"Perhaps it's because of government increasing costs, tax and vat, that the Banker has had to cut back on his offers even more". These were my words Claire's game but looking Zowie's £24,000 offer at 5 box, they may have to be deleted.

(SPOILER)It was Dale's game today and what a game it was. He got to 2-box with £250 & £100,000 and was offered £26,000. He DECLINED the offer, which I thought was very brave, and the result was £100,000!! :D

(Spoiler) I said I would only watch it if there was a great game. I was just flicking through channels and saw his 5 box and thought i'd see if he went for it or not. At first I was like here we go again, there gonna tell him to deal and he'll squander it but boy was I wrong. Yes that slight gimmick did ruin it a bit and his parents were annoying, but i'm glad for once someone went with their gut instinct. There's no way I would gamble £26,000 there, watching that reminded me of all those brave no dealers: Laura, Daniel, Corinne, Maria and Morris etc. Best game on January by a long mile.

I had to turn off Zowie's game when the Banker and her fiancee got talking. For me it seemed she kept stalling just to get a better offer. It worked, but what if more try the same thing ? Yawn.

Great game! I was worried he wasn't going to do it, and was going to take the 9,500, I was surprised the banker pitched the offer at £26,000, I was expecting 30,000- £40,000, but it doesn't matter- it was the banker's mistake! Awesome result of getting £100,000 and gambling it with a blue! This deserves a place in deal or no deal's hall of fame for sure :D, There must be on excess of £2 million has come to the table in january now! It must be a record!

Over estimated it a bit, but it has been 1.2 million pounds now! With the £250,000 and £100,000 both coming 3 times! The first week was the biggest from sunday to sunday with over £700,000 in those 6 games :O

Brilliant game yesterday, truly deserved and very brave indeed. Now the big question is, will today's game be as good or like Alex and Christopher, will it be a flash in the pan?
